The Tokyo MILD round is the first stop of the Across Mountains and Seas – Youth Cultural Exchange Challenge, co-hosted by EBC and Air China.

Dive into Japanese anime vibes, try themed spicy dishes, and connect with fellow students through a fun social challenge.
No need to bring anything — just bring your appetite and good energy!

📅 Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025 · 14:00–16:00
📍 Venue: EBC Office, Drottning Kristinas väg 53
🎟 Fee: 100 kr (includes all food, drinks & participation)

  • Q1: Do I need to bring anything?
    No, everything is provided — ingredients, tools, and spicy surprises!

    Q2: Is it really spicy?
    This round is Mild, inspired by Japanese flavors. The challenge gets hotter in later rounds.

    Q3: Can I join even if I don’t eat spicy food?
    Yes! You can still participate in the social missions and enjoy the food experience.

    Q4: How many people can join?
    We have limited seats (around 40 participants) per event.

    Q5: Will photos and videos be taken?
    Yes. By attending, you agree to appear in event photos/videos for EBC’s non-commercial promotional use. If you prefer not to appear, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

Get ready for street-style fun, fiery flavors, and team challenges that will test your spice limit and social spirit.
