Terms & Conditions for Registration
To ensure a smooth registration and event experience, please read these terms carefully before booking.
Registration Deadline：
Registration for each session closes at 16:00 every Thursday.
Late registrations will automatically be moved to the following week’s event.
2. Payment & Invoice：
The payment made through the website serves as a prepayment deposit.
The remaining balance shall be paid in person at Happy Lamb Hotpot Stockholm on the day of the event.
Invoices, if needed, will be issued directly by the restaurant at the venue.
3. Participation Frequency：
Each participant may join once per week and may register for multiple weeks during the campaign
period.
4. Participant Information：
Registration is personal and non-transferable.
If registering on behalf of others, please provide full and accurate participant details (name and contact
information) for verific ation purposes.
5. Event Management & Rights：
The event is organized by East Bridge Culturescape (EBC).
EBC reserves the right of final interpretation and may adjust the event schedule for safety or
operational reasons when necessary.
6. Applicable Law：
These terms are governed by Swedish law (Svensk lag).
In the event of any dispute, both parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably.
If unresolved, the case shall be submitted to the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the
court of jurisdiction.
