Each Monday afternoon, we gather around a steaming pot to mix sauces, test creativity, and explore flavors together.
It’s not just about food — it’s about meeting new friends, sharing stories, and feeling the warmth of community in every bite.

1️⃣ The Hotpot Gathering
Hosted by EBC, with venue and food support from Happy Lamb Hotpot.
Each participant will:

• Share their favorite hotpot combinations

• Complete fun social tasks (table switch, contact exchange, photo missions)

• Join the “Creative Sauce Contest” and “Hotpot Dish Challenge”

2️⃣ The Creative Sauce Contest

• Create your own dipping sauce and post it on social media with hashtags
  #HotpotGathering #HappyLambHotpot #EBC #EBCLife

• Voting combines likes + on-site reactions

• A themed photo zone will be set up for your perfect sauce selfie

3️⃣ The Hotpot Dish Challenge

• Team up (2–3 people) and craft creative dishes using hotpot ingredients

• Examples:

  • Beef + chili + noodles → “Spicy Beef Noodle Pot”

  • Meatballs + lettuce → “Mini Hotpot Burger”

• Judging criteria: Creativity 40% + Taste 30% + Presentation 30%

• Winning dishes may appear as a limited “EBC × Happy Lamb Hidden Menu Item”

The award ceremony will be held on 29 November 2025, together with the EBC Spicy Challenge Grand Finale.

🏅 Golden Ambassador (1 winner) — receives a One-Year Free Hotpot Pass, granting unlimited access to hotpot at Happy Lamb Hotpot for a full year.

🥈 Silver Ambassador (2 winners) — each receives a voucher worth 1000 SEK to enjoy future hotpot gatherings.

🥉 Bronze Ambassador (10 winners) — each receives a voucher worth 500 SEK.

Evaluation Criteria:
The final results will be determined by a combination of:

• 50% social media engagement (likes, comments, and shares),

• 30% on-site audience votes, and

• 20% jury evaluation based on creativity and presentation.

Together, these awards celebrate not just culinary creativity, but also community spirit and social connection — the true essence of EBC’s Hotpot Gathering.

2️⃣ Submit your creative entry by posting your photo or video with the official hashtags:

3️⃣ Each participant must post at least one tagged entry.
4️⃣ Online submissions close on 24 November 2025.
5️⃣ Voting & data collection: 25–27 November, followed by the awards on 28 November.

1️⃣ Deadline: Every Thursday at 16:00 (for the following Monday’s session).
2️⃣ Payment: Online payment is a pre-deposit; remaining balance to be paid at the venue.
3️⃣ Invoice: Issued by Happy Lamb Hotpot upon request at the venue.
4️⃣ Participation Limit: One registration per week per person; repeat participation allowed.
5️⃣ Registration Info: If registering on behalf of others, include all participants’ names and contact details.
6️⃣ Refund Policy: Full refund before the deadline; no refund after Thursday 16:00.
